Отель на Мальдивах с подводным клубом. Niyama

За несколько дней до отлета в Армению мне почему-то захотелось вспомнить мальдивские отели, в которых я был уже почти три месяца назад. Сегодня хочу рассказать ещё об одном новом отеле на островах архипелага – жемчужиной которого является подводный диско-клуб, который резорт с гордостью презентует как первый в мире (но я, если честно, в этом не так уверен))).

Отель называется Niyama Resort и находится сразу на двух островах атолла Даалу. Это атолл, расположенный на юго-западе от Мале, состоящий из 56 небольших островов и с общим населением около 7000 человек. У этого атолла два названия — первое Даалу, а второе Южный Ниланду и на разных картах используются разные названия. В чем причина того, что у некоторых атоллов на Мальдивах два названия, я выяснить так и не смог, если из тех кто прочитает этот пост, будет кто-то, кто знает ответ, напишите буду признателен.)

Все начинается как обычно, гидросамолет из Мале прибывает и паркуется у пристани отеля, персонал встречает туристов с «велком-дринком» и начинает выгружать чемоданы «на сушу».

Если в двух предыдущих отелях, где я жил, Муфуши и Халавели, отельный персонал проживал тоже непосредственно на острове, то в Нияма для этой цели используют систему двух островов – все туристы проживают на острове Олувели (Olhuveli), а вот персонал на соседнем острове Эмбуду (Emboodhoo). Острова находятся очень близко друг к другу и соединены небольшим искусственным мостом — перешейком.

Отель тоже совсем «молодой», первых туристов принял лишь в 2011 году. Всего 86 номеров-вилл и здесь я, первый раз за все время отдыха на Мальдивах, жил не на «водных сваях», а на «материке». Мой номер назывался Beach Studio, имел свой приватный бассейн и выход вот на такой белоснежный пляж.

Бассейн с прохладной водичкой, располагался прямо на террасе.

Все виллы отделены друг от друга вот таким естественным забором из зеленых насаждений, чтобы создать некоторую «приватность», и вот так однажды, гуляя на рассвете по пляжу, я встретил также прогуливающуюся, правда по своей террасе, совершенно голую японку)). Я ещё помню некоторые слова из японского языка и дружественно улыбнулся ей и сказал «конитева» (привет), а она почему-то убежала от меня в свой номер, даже не поздоровавшись, вот что значит недостаток воспитания)))

А ещё у нашего номера был очень классный балкон с супер – удобными качелями для релакса.

В номере мне понравилось то, что очень удобным было место для работы на лаптопе, но на то сейчас и в моде «ультрабуки», чтобы люди таскали их постоянно с собой на пляж, на балкон ну или ещё куда-нибудь, так что место хоть и удобное, но уже мало актуальное)).

Ещё в нашем номере был душ под открытым небом, так что смывать соль после океана можно было не только в бассейне.)))

В «Бич виллах» вообще весь «санузел» «не имел крыши».

На каждый номер в этом отеле полагается – «ай пад» — тоже своего рода фишка Ниямы, но я планшеты не понимаю вовсе. Айпад гораздо больше, чем айфон, и у него нет нормальной клавиатуры, как у лаптопа, а когда печатаешь вслепую, то сильно выбешивает сенсорное тыкание пальцами в экран, так что этот девайс точно не для меня.

Но главная уникальная «фишка» отеля Нияма – это (как они анонсируют) – «первый в мире» подводный клуб «SubSix”.
Cовсем недалеко от острова, в 10 минутах езды на катере, на воде построен ресторанный комплекс. Гости отеля могут заказать себе здесь ужин, лодки дежурят до последнего посетителя.

Ресторан обычный, с привычным для Мальдивских островов сервисом пятизвездочного отеля.

Но есть ещё и ночной клуб, который находится под водой. Я как обычно был без штатива, и лишь вот такой «корявый» кадр смог снять, чтобы хоть как-то показать как выглядит этот клуб сверху. Виден лишь свет, исходящий откуда-то из-под воды.

Внизу на 6 метрах под водой находится вот такой мини диско-клуб, со стеклянными окнами.

Можно спокойно потягивать коктейль и наслаждаться океанской жизнью.

На следующей фотографии виден небольшой пульт диск-жокея. Для гостей отеля по определенным дням недели здесь проводятся дискотеки.

Всегда когда описываешь такие интересные места, своих «чудо-фоток» не хватает и я немного порыскал в гугле, чтобы найти как это же место снимают «профессионалы». Вот это вид сверху на расположенный в океане ресторанный комплекс.

Ну а сам отель очень приятный и комфортный. Остров Олувели уже больше даже чем остров Халавели и гораздо больше чем Муфуши. Передвигаться по нему на велике, пожалуй было бы даже удобнее, чем пешком, но велики увы, если и предусмотрены, то только для персонала отеля.

Дорожки для багги и пешеходов на острове проложены прямо по «джунглям».

В отеле есть свой африканский ресторан, это очень классно и самая моя любимая «тема». Африканские рестораны, на мой взгляд, гораздо интереснее чем любые европейские. Европа для меня скучна во всем)) и я уже очень давно там не был).

Есть в отеле и уже традиционные для Мальдив – водные виллы. Здесь, в отличии от Халавели, водные виллы считаются «круче» пляжных, как впрочем в 90% отелях на Мальдивах, и их площадь варьируется от 180 до 560 квадратных метров.

Водные виллы огромны, но поскольку остров очень большой добираться от них пешком до основных «фасилитес» далековато.

У некоторых «водных вилл» есть вот такие — «впадающие в океан» — «инфинити пулы». Сейчас уже обычные бассейны в новых отелях почти не строят, если бассейн – то обязательно «инфинити», что означает «бескрайний».

А вот такие ванны у водных вилл, мне маленькие ванны не нравятся совсем, очень странно это выглядит — маленькая ванна, а кругом столько «пустого» пространства.

Хотя отель и новый, дорожки для подъезда к водным виллам почему-то узкие и два багги в некоторых местах не разъедутся и кому-то придется сдавать задом, чтобы пропустить другой багги.

Главный ресторан для завтрака в этом отеле (а точнее вид с балкона ресторана), я очень хорошо помню его ещё и потому, что на известной программе для смартфонов Foursquare – он называется «Харчевня, где-то в Индийского океане».

Место встречи и провода гостей с парковкой для гидросамолетов. Это неизменный атрибут каждого мальдивского отеля – резорта. В Нияме гидросамолеты паркуются ну очень близко к берегу.

Парковать машину, особенно в Москве, я просто ненавижу, а когда паркуется гидросамолет, это всегда красиво))

Вот такой маленький мостик соединяет остров Олувели с соседним островом Эмбуду (Emboodhoo) на котором проживает «стафф». Гостям отеля доступ на соседний остров запрещен, я сколько не пытался договориться, чтобы меня пустили там прогуляться, но увы, мои просьбы так и остались без внимания.((

Ещё в Нияме очень странная рецепция, такого я прежде не видел нигде. Сотрудники на рецепции сидят в специальной комнате и их не видно посетителям, чтобы позвать их, нужно обязательно позвонить по телефону. Вот самая странная «рецепция без людей», которую я когда-либо видел.

Топ-10 бюджетных водных вилл на Мальдивах

Даже самые бюджетные водные виллы на Мальдивах не такие дешевые, как может показаться. Их стоимость начинается с 350$ за ночь (в июн и июл может быть даже ниже благодаря скидкам), на полупансионе (завтраки и ужин) или полном пансионе (завтрак, обед и ужин). В среднем, их стоимость на 40% выше, чем у обычной пляжной вилы. Но зато Вы получаете уникальную возможность провести свой отпуск над кристально чистой лагуной с приватным входом в воду.

Я составил список самых недорогих водным вилл на Мальдивах, чтобы облегчить Вам выбор.

Стоимость указана БЕЗ учета скидок. У каждого резорта своя система скидок в зависимости от месяца. Для получения актуальных спецпредложений, свяжитесь со мной.

Также нужно учитывать, что трансфер оплачивается отдельно и не входит в стоимость виллы. Поэтому итоговая стоимость возрастет.

Embudu Village на карте

Диапазон цен: 350 — 430$/ночь/вилла на полном пансионе (завтраки, обеды и ужины)

Трансфер: 10 мин на скоростном катере, стоимость — 88$/чел. в обе стороны.

Резорт Embudu Village 3* имеет небольшие размеры и расположен всего в 10 км от Аэропорта. Этот резорт является одним из самых доступных на Мальдивах в плане цена/качество т.к без переплат вы получаете завтраки, обеды и ужины в комплекте. В сезон, а именно с Ноя по Апр, очень сложно найти свободную виллу т.к их все раскупают как минимум за 2-3 месяца до заселения. Поэтому если вы ищите водную виллу, то рекомендую бронировать заранее. На острове всего 14 номеров подобного типа, расположенных в двух блоках на воде.

Размер комнаты составляет 42 м2.

У этих вилл нет приватного входа в море в отличии от подобных вилл на других островах. Но есть приватная лоджия, огороженная от других номеров. В номере есть стеклянное окно в полу, поэтому вы сможете наслаждаться подводным миром не выходя из комнаты!

В ванной комнате встроена джакузи, в которой вы сможете насладиться приятным массажем, попивая охлажденное вино.

В остальном же, удобства номера включают в себя: кондиционер, холодную/горячую воду, чай/кофе, телефон, фен, минибар, телевизор с плоским экраном, сейф и бесплатный wi-fi.

Reethi Beach Resort на карте

Диапазон цен: 310 — 360$/ночь/вилла на завтраках

Трансфер: 30 мин перелет на самолете домашних авиалиний + 20 мин на скоростном катере. Стоимость — 290$/чел. в обе стороны.

Резорт Reethi Beach имеет средние размеры и является одним из наиболее доступных на Мальдивах резортов с водными вилами. На острове всего 30 двух номерных водных вилл.

Размер бунгало составляет 61 м2.

У этих вилл нет приватного вход в море для сноркелинга. Но все равно вы можете оставлять свои вещи без присмотра на пляже. Единственная проблема с водяной виллой резорта состоит в том, что ванные комнаты находятся в задней части спальни, поэтому нет вида на океан. Но есть приватная лоджия, где вы сможете насладиться приятными видами.

В остальном же, удобства номера включают в себя: кондиционер, холодную/горячую воду, чай/кофе, телефон, фен, минибар, телевизор с плоским экраном, сейф и бесплатный wi-fi.

Однако Reethi Beach достаточно старый резорт (для Мальдивских островов) и внутренний интерьер требует обновлений, в сравнении с большинством новых. Поэтому не стоит ожидать чего-то сверх естественного от резорта в данном ценовом диапазоне.

Sun Island Resort на карте

Диапазон цен: 290 — 440$/ночь/вилла на полупансионе (завтраки и ужины)

Трансфер: 30 мин перелет на самолете домашних авиалиний + 5 мин на скоростном катере. Стоимость — 285$/чел в обе стороны

Эти водные бунгало поистине охватывают островную жизнь Sun Island Resort & Spa, которая обладает очень расслабленной атмосферой. Сам же резорт является одним из самых больших на Мальдивах как по площади, так и по количеству номеров.

В отеле Sun Island есть 68 водных бунгало, расположенных на сваях над красивейшей бирюзовой лагуной. Эти эксклюзивные номера просторны и обставлены мебелью в Мальдивском стиле, к которым ведет деревянная пристань, создавая ощущение укромного уединения вдали от остальной части острова. Трансфер: 70 мин на скоростном катере. Стоимость — 160$/чел. в обе стороны

Резорт Fihalhohi хоть небольшой и простой, но уединенный и спокойный. Это идеальное место для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть вдали от шума. На Мальдивах водная вилла полностью оправдывает свою стоимость. Fihalhohi — это превосходное место для молодоженов. Из этой виллы, из которых открывается великолепный вид на восход или закат.

Самой выдающейся и уникальной особенностью этого острова, помимо фантастического белого песчаного пляжа, является большое пресноводное озеро площадью 1600 м2, которое построено в виде биотопа в центре острова. В этом удивительном озере с множеством водяных лилий и водных растений есть зона для плавания, где вы можете расслабиться.

Reethi Faru принадлежит той же компании, которая оперирует Reethi Beach, но более новый и современный.

Резорт предлагает 20 отдельно стоящих водных бунгало с видом либо на закат, либо на восход. У каждой виллы есть приватный вход в кристально-прозрачную воду Индийского океана.

Трансфер: 15 мин на гидросамолете. Стоимость — 345$/чел. в обе стороны.

На резорте есть великолепный домашний риф для подводного плавания. Приготовьтесь увидеть огромные косяки морских окуней, soldierfish, batfish и многих других. На риф часто приплывают скаты, акулы и черепахи, и очень вероятно, что вы сталкиваетесь с ними во время ныряния вокруг рифа.

Резорт предлагает 20 отдельно стоящих водных бунгало категории Water Villa и 20 Superior Water Bungalow. Принципиальных отличий у них есть, кроме, разве что, размеров. Вторая категория — дешевле, но ее площадь больше (65 м2 против 56 м2 у Water Villa). У каждой виллы есть приватный вход в воду Индийского океана.

Интерьер водных вилл Angaga выполнен в традиционном Мальдивском стиле с большим количеством элементом из бамбука. Вкупе с обзорными окнами, все это создает уникальную атмосферу единения с естественной красотой островов.

Olhuveli Beach and Spa Resort на карте

Трансфер: 45 мин на скоростном катере. Стоимость — 210$/чел. в обе стороны.

Я бы назвал Olhuveli одним из самых лучших вариантов по соотношению цена/качество. И он единственный в списке на плане «Все включено». Помимо питания и напитков (алкогольных и безалкогольных), в него включено несколько бесплатных экскурсий, скидки на СПА и другое.

Второй особенностью резорта является большое количество типов вилл: пляжные, пляжные с бассейном, водные, водные с бассейном и т.д. Всего 10 разновидностей

В самом бюджетном типе водных вилл — Deluxe Water Villa — помимо стандартных удобств, в ванне есть огромное окно с видом на океан. А на террасе в вашем распоряжении еще одна ванна-джакуззи!

Размер виллы впечатляет — 64 м2! У каждой виллы есть свой приватный вход в воду, что не может не радовать!
