На самом деле, социальная сеть Nimses существует уже около года, но широкую известность приобрела благодаря продуманной и качественно проведенной рекламной кампании в средствах массовой информации, и PR в интернет сообществах.

Я тоже узнал о ней из сети, и зарегистрировался для интереса.

Первое впечатление было неоднозначное. Показалось, что это какая то смесь из Imstagram, Viber и ВКонтакте, а не попытка создать нечто принципиально новое. Но уделяя не много времени ресурсу, понял что не все так просто.

Nimses — собирает личные данные вплоть до адреса, и использует геолокацию, для определения местонахождения пользователя.

Удобно для друзей, и продавцов товаров. С этим трудно не согласиться, но в настоящий момент функция покупки/продажи не реализована, а данные уже собраны.

Внутренняя валюта «Ним», о которой ничего неизвестно, почему то отображается в том числе и в долларовом эквиваленте, и по определению не может быть «криптовалютой», поскольку нарушает основные принципы таковой — полную конфиденциальность операций.

Администрация обещает, что уже в июне этого года, можно будет приобретать и продавать товары за «нимы». Осталось два дня, а движения не видно.

Согласно данным на сайте социальной сети, компания зарегистрирована в США. По этому возникает вопрос, при чем здесь законодательство Украины, если сами создатели стремятся стать глобальной сетью доступной во всем мире.

Основной принцип ясен — наши данные МОГУТ БЫТЬ ПЕРЕДАНЫ третьим лицам по запросу.

Я не злодей и не параноик, но от самой мысли, что за мной постоянно следят, становится слегка неприятно.

Возможно это только начало развития Nimses, и в недалеком будущем мы будем над этим смеяться, но в настоящий момент возникает очень много вопросов, ответы на которые больше похожи на сплетни.

Nimses – приложение, полностью завязанное на геолокации. На Nimses-карте вы видите людей, находящихся рядом с вами. Новостная лента существует тоже в данный конкретный момент. В данном конкретном месте. Каждый пост видят люди в радиусе 2 км. Если вы отъедете на несколько километров, ваша лента полностью преобразится.

За этим стоит еще одна философская ветка сервиса: люди должны выходить в оффлайн. Мы привыкли знакомиться в соцсетях, предваряя встречу фазой сбора информации. Nimses дает возможность не отступать от привычного сценария, но, увидев интересного человека, к нему можно будет сразу же подойти.

Натурально – вы обменялись «нимами», уже потратили энное количество времени вон на того парня. Вам тоже прилетела пара десятков минут в качестве комплимента. Вот оно: новое – хорошо забытое старое. Кажется, мы снова начнем знакомиться на улице, но теперь будем делать это более осознанно.

Сами разработчики называют Nimses экосистемой, над которой они работали около двух лет. Несмотря на вирусность сервиса, пользователи пока не до конца понимают, как им пользоваться. Однажды bitcoin уже завоевал мир. Сначала никто не понимал, зачем это нужно. А потом какой-то парень, купив «на пробу» 30 единиц криптовалюты, через несколько лет обналичил их квартирой в Амстердаме.
